CRL Cologne Hinges are a heavy-duty glass shower hinge option similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek appearance. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors that standard hinges cannot support, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins to accommodate either CRL "mouse-ears" or rectangular cut-outs. Leave the pins in place for mouse-ear cut-outs; remove the pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-set models ship factory-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° for off-angle installations where wall-to-door angles are not 90° and the standard pin does not achieve the desired closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY:
Using two hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Using three hinges with 3/8" to 1/2" glass (10–12 mm): supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).
