Overview
The CRL Transom Mounted Patch Connector with Support Fin Bracket is designed for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass and should be used with monolithic tempered glass.
It provides additional lateral support for one or two lite transoms to enhance structural strength.
Ensure the support fin glass is sized per approved design criteria, such as those from GANA or the Manufacturer's Manual, and secure it to the ceiling using a Ceiling Mounted Support Fin Bracket.
Note that glass fabrication requires four 3/4" (19 mm) diameter holes, and this product is not suitable for use with laminated glass.
