CRL Vienna Hinges provide heavy-duty support for wider, heavier glass shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to use CRL rectangular/square-corner cut-outs (may fit some competitive rectangular cut-outs). These hinges are ideal as glass shower door hinges for heavy frameless doors and commercial-grade residential showers.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-Set (5°) models ship with the pin set to 85° for a tighter closure. The pin can be rotated to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle, up to 45°) to help align doors where walls or site conditions are not square.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
