CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E5440RB) are heavy-duty frameless shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors that standard hinges can't support. Internal dual steel pins provide two template options: leave pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (and some competitive) square-corner cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated. Pre-Set models ship with the pin set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change settings.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°).

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max width 32" (813 mm).
