CRL Vienna Hinges — SKU: V1E544CH are engineered for wider, heavier glass shower doors when standard hinges are insufficient. Two internal steel template pins give installation flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with 90° activated; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side activated for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change activation.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle installations where walls do not meet the door at 90°.

Using two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 34" (864 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lbs (59 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
