CRL Vienna Hinges are a heavy-duty shower door hinge solution for wider, heavier frameless glass doors that standard hinges can't support. Two internal steel pins provide template flexibility: leave both pins in place for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" door cut-outs, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL rectangular (square-corner) cut-outs and, in some cases, competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin—one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models are factory-set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pivot pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° preset does not achieve the desired door closing position.

• Two hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lb (45 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
• Two hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 100 lb (45 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
• Three hinges with 3/8" (10 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lb (59 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
• Three hinges with 1/2" (12 mm) glass: holds up to 130 lb (59 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
