CRL Cologne Hinges are premium 180-degree glass-to-glass shower door hinges designed for wider, heavier frameless doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with distinctive radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, low-profile appearance and enhanced load capacity. Constructed of solid brass, they support both 3/8" and 1/2" tempered glass and include gaskets, screws, and glass fabrication dimensions.

Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place to use CRL "mouse‑ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º and 85º. Standard models ship with the 90º side activated; pre-set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change the closing angle.

Custom Pivot Pins: Available up to 45º to accommodate off-angle installations (for walls or door jambs that are not 90º). Specify required angle when ordering.

Load Capacity:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm): holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg), maximum door width 36" (914 mm).
