CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045BR) combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look—similar to Vienna hinges but engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Built from solid brass, the Cologne series uses two internal steel pins to offer mounting flexibility: leave the pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for rectangular/square cut-outs (including some competitive templates). These design choices make Cologne Hinges a strong, adaptable option for residential and hotel shower door installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure toward the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to change engagement.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle walls or non-90º installations—specify the required angle (up to 45º) when ordering.

Load Capacities:

• Two-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 110 lb (50 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Three-hinge installation (3/8"–1/2" glass): supports up to 140 lb (63 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm)
