CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch provide versatile, commercial-grade security for 1/2" (12 mm) heavy tempered glass doors. These center locks are available left- and right-handed and in five finishes. A simple glass cut-out is all that’s required for installation—ideal for storefronts, office glass doors, and other commercial glass door applications. Office Lock Function: Latchbolt is operated by lever on either side (unless the outside lever is locked by the rocker in the faceplate) or by key from outside. An auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Turning the inside lever always retracts the mechanism for immediate egress.

Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Turning the inside lever retracts both latch and deadbolt for exit.

Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Inside lever always retracts the latch for free egress—ideal for corridors and rooms that do not require locking.

Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by inside lever and by key outside; outside lever is fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Primarily used with electric strikes.

Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side except when outside lever is locked by key outside. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever; inside lever is always operable for safety.
