CRL Polished Stainless Adjustable Top Glass Door Patch Fitting

• Adjustable pivot insert allows three degrees of movement for proper door alignment

The CRL Adjustable Top Door Patch Fitting (SKU: PH20CPS) is an adjustable top patch fitting designed for frameless glass doors. The fitting includes an adjustable pivot insert that provides up to 3° of movement to align the door to the jamb when closed. Ideal for glass door installers and commercial storefront applications requiring precise alignment and a concealed overhead closer. Compatible with the CRL9970 Overhead Concealed Door Closer. Finished covers are available in five standard finishes. Gaskets are supplied for use with either 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) glass.

The following installation guidelines apply when fabricating a door using this hardware:

Maximum Height: 102" (2.59 m)
Maximum Weight: 194 lbs. (88 kg) — for 3/8" glass
Maximum Width: 42" (1.07 m)
If the door exceeds any of these limits, use full door rails.

Glass fabrication required:
One 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch

Do not use with:
European 2-9/16" (65 mm) pivot setback overhead concealed closers — those require the European door patch fitting PH21C.
