CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045RG) are solid-brass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier doors where standard hinges fail. With radius corners and beveled edges, Cologne Hinges deliver a sleek, high-end appearance while offering robust performance. Two internal steel pins provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them to increase adjustability and fit CRL and some competitive rectangular/square cut-outs.

Differentiators: Solid brass construction, radius corners + beveled edges for a refined look, dual steel-pin system for cut-out flexibility, reversible pivot pin for adjustable closing, and optional custom pivot pins up to 45º for off-angle wall installations.

Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º (standard) and 85º (pre-set models). Rotate the pin (not flip) to switch between 90º and 85º closing positions for tighter closure into the shower interior.

Custom Pivot Pins: Specify custom pivot angles up to 45º to compensate for non-plumb walls or other off-angle installations.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg) — max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass, holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg) — max width 36" (914 mm).
