Overview
The CRL PH34 Wall Mounted Transom Patch is expertly designed to support transoms from side jambs, accommodating both 2-3/4" and 2-9/16" (70 and 65 mm) pivot setback door patch fittings.
Ideal for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass, this patch fitting is versatile, allowing for double swing doors with the inclusion of the INT300 Insert.
For enhanced functionality, the INT306 Transom Patch Door Stop Insert can be used to create a one-way door, while the INT305 Transom Patch Keeper Insert is compatible with the AMR205 Lock for top-of-door installations.
Note that if the transom weight exceeds 100 lbs.
(45.4 kg), ceiling support is required to prevent slippage, and these fittings are not suitable for laminated glass.
For precise installation, glass fabrication is necessary, requiring one 3/4" (19 mm) diameter hole and corner notch, with a template and instructions included.
