CRL UV601 (SKU: UV60110) is a low-viscosity, 100% solids UV-cured adhesive formulated for resilient, high-strength bonds between glass, metal, wood, and many plastics. Its high purity and optical clarity make it ideal for glass-to-glass and tempered glass-to-tempered glass bonding where appearance matters—commonly used in showcases, glass furniture, and optical assemblies.

Because of its low viscosity and superior capillary action, UV601 efficiently fills narrow gaps and speeds production cycles with reduced clean-up. The adhesive cures to an optically clear finish within seconds under ultraviolet light; cure speed depends on UV intensity at the product surface and adhesive depth. Store away from sunlight to preserve performance.

Cleaner and Degreaser is recommended to prepare glass by removing dirt and grease for optimum adhesion.

Note: When bonding plastics, always test first—some plastics are not compatible. Do not use on coated parts (powder-coated or galvanized).
