CRL UV601 (SKU UV6011K) is a low-viscosity, 100% solids UV curing adhesive that forms resilient, high-strength bonds for glass, metal, wood, and many plastics. Its high purity and optical clarity make it ideal for glass-to-glass applications where appearance matters, including bonding optical components, tempered glass-to-tempered glass assemblies, showcases, and glass furniture production.

Because of its superior capillary action, CRL UV601 efficiently wets glass surfaces for fast, consistent joints and reduced clean-up time on production lines. The adhesive cures within seconds when exposed to ultraviolet light; cure speed depends on UV intensity at the product surface and adhesive depth. Store away from sunlight to preserve performance.

Cleaner and Degreaser is recommended to prepare glass surfaces—removing dirt and grease ensures optimum adhesion.

Note: Always test when bonding plastics; not all plastics will bond properly. Do not use on coated parts (powder-coated or galvanized).
