CRL UV603 is a medium-viscosity, 100% solids UV curing adhesive that forms resilient, high-strength bonds between glass, metal, ceramic and many plastics. Ideal as an optically clear UV adhesive for glass bonding and mixed-material assembly, CRL UV603 delivers outstanding elongation and flexibility for applications up to 1 m² (10.8 ft²).
CRL UV603 exhibits good capillary action with glass up to 1/4" (6 mm) thickness; for thicker glass apply adhesive to the bonding surface before assembly. Cures within seconds when exposed to ultraviolet light—the cure speed depends on UV intensity at the product surface and adhesive depth. Store away from sunlight.
For best adhesion, prepare glass with Cleaner and Degreaser to remove dirt and grease.
Note: When bonding plastics, always test first—some plastics cannot be bonded properly. Do not use on coated parts (powder-coated or galvanized).
