CRL UV701 (SKU: UV701T10) is a low-viscosity, 100% solids UV-curing adhesive that creates resilient, high-strength, optically clear bonds with good elasticity between glass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and many plastics. Its low viscosity and strong capillary action make it especially suited for glass-to-glass and tempered glass-to-tempered glass bonding in glass furniture manufacturing and retail showcase assembly. Faster cure times and reduced clean-up accelerate production cycles and improve throughput.
Bonds cured with CRL UV701 resist moisture and yellowing. Cure speed depends on UV intensity at the adhesive surface and adhesive depth. Store away from sunlight.
Cleaner and Degreaser is recommended for optimal adhesion—use first to remove dirt and grease from glass.
Compatibility note: Always test before bonding plastics; not all plastics bond properly. Do not use on coated parts (powder coated or galvanized).
