CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L180VBR) are heavy-duty, radius-cornered, beveled-edge shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier glass doors. Similar to Vienna hinges but with a sleeker profile, Cologne Hinges are ideal for glass shower enclosures requiring a durable solid brass hinge that supports 180-degree glass-to-glass installations. Available in multiple finishes, they pair well with monolithic tempered safety glass in residential and hotel shower applications.

DESIGN & ADJUSTABILITY: Each hinge contains two internal steel pins that can remain in place to accept CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs or be removed to fit rectangular, square-corner cut-outs (including some competitive patterns). A Reversible Pivot Pin offers two preset closing angles—90º (standard) and 85º (pre-set models). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides. Custom Pivot Pins are available up to 45º for off-angle walls and non-90º installations—contact CRL Technical Sales for custom angles.

LOAD CAPACITY & RECOMMENDED USE: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lb (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lb (63 kg), max width 36" (914 mm). These solid brass hinges provide reliable support for heavy shower doors and frameless glass enclosures.
