Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This commercial glass door rail for 3/4" tempered glass secures the glass by applying downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the stainless bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled wedges pull the extrusions together to clamp the glass securely — generating very high retention force (more than 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail).

Installation note: After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. To fine-tune after hanging, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts — center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3.2 mm) in or out.

Ordering information:

• All door rails include the standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks come with the lock mechanism installed. Matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
