Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is engineered for commercial glass doors and storefronts. The exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System secures monolithic tempered glass by applying downward pressure through two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the extrusions seat into the angled groove in the door rail, the wedge action pulls the extrusions together against a specially designed door retaining gasket to generate exceptionally high retention force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail).

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers faster installation times than traditional door rails—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. CRL door rails arrive completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide preassembled in the rail.

The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System (top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To access the adjustment, remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts—the center secures the slide, the outer bolts provide the 1/8" in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
