Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TBS34P) uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to clamp tempered glass from the bottom using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions seat into an angled groove in the rail, generating very high glass retention force (over 900 lbs. in a 9" corner rail). This wedge action plus a specially designed door retaining gasket yields a secure, long-lasting attachment for commercial glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation time of any door rail system in the industry. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

Adjustable Door Alignment System: Standard on top and bottom rails. Adjust the door 1/8" (3.2 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Access three socket head cap bolts by removing the end cap: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts provide the 1/8" adjustment. Low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow alternative setbacks and fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
