This standard-duty CRL tubular spiral window balance (SKU FR3023) is designed for non-tilt windows and replaces metal or plastic tube balances with a sash capacity of up to 25 pounds. Ideal for repairs and window restoration where a 3/8" (10 mm) tube diameter and factory-installed FS343 end clip are required.


How to order tubular spiral window balances with factory-installed clips:
1. Confirm the old balance uses a metal or plastic tube.
2. Measure tube length from the end of the balance to the bottom of the colored nylon bushing only (exclude the rod extension).
3. Check the color of the nylon bushing.
4. Verify the rod extension that protrudes from the nylon bushing matches your original.
5. Choose the required clip.
6. Match tube diameter, tube length, nylon bushing color, and clip to the balance being replaced. If all match, this is the correct balance.
