Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4SDU34P), uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This patented wedge-action system applies downward pressure from the bottom of the rail using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts, producing exceptionally high clamping force without two-piece housings or temporary disassembly during installation.

After installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the alignment slide; the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" adjustment. Arms and pivots are not included and must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms, pivots, closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
