Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4SDU58P) features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Designed for monolithic tempered glass doors, this door rail system secures glass using two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar that, when tightened with socket head cap bolts, produces a powerful wedge action—creating tremendous clamping force for secure, long-lasting glass retention. The system delivers industry-leading holding force in corner and full-length door rails and is optimized for heavy-use commercial entrances and storefront doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides:

After installation, access three socket head cap bolts by removing the End Cap: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out 1/8" (3.2 mm). Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements; the rails include a built-in Jamb Alignment Block.
