CRL Low Profile Door Rail — compact at 2-5/16" (59 mm) high and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, this low profile door rail for 3/8" glass features CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a faster, more secure attachment for glass than conventional door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails come fully fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide assembled, so the only on-site step before hanging is attaching the door arm or pivot (not included).

The adjustable door alignment system (standard on both top and bottom rails) allows 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide, the two outer bolts adjust +/-1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide also enables nonstandard pivot setback positions for vertically out-of-square openings.
