Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPB38P) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails are ready-to-install, shipped complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches — ideal for frameless and semi-framed glass door applications that require a compact door rail for 3/8" (10 mm) glass.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a fast, secure glass attachment — often the quickest installation of any door rail system. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after rail attachment, simply connect the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows +/-1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door (standard on both top and bottom rails). To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide, while the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide enables pivot placement off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) and supports fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
