Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SPS38P) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, ready-to-install operation.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment and the fastest installation time among door rail systems for glass doors. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fabricated with End Caps installed; after rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The adjustable door alignment system allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. This feature is standard on both top and bottom rails. To access adjustments, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
