CRL Sealant Tape is a black, synthetic rubber sealant tape reinforced with lightweight polyester cloth to eliminate stretching and prevent creeping or sagging in service. The fabric reinforcement and aggressive tack create a durable, watertight, gasket-like seal on most surfaces—even vertical or overhead—making it ideal for waterproof repairs, window glazing, flashing, and HVAC sealing. Accelerated weather testing showed no loss of flexibility or surface cracking after 1300 hours of exposure. The tape remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures down to -70°F (-56.7°C) and can be applied at temperatures as low as 40°F (4°C). Peel-and-stick application is fast and repositionable without damage to the tape or substrate.
