CRL Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Setting Blocks (SKU: TPR568) are 90 durometer TPR pads engineered as a neoprene alternative for structural and architectural glazing. Ideal for use with modern structural glazing sealants, these TPR setting blocks offer excellent chemical resistance, are non-marring and non-staining, and are available in common neoprene block sizes for easy retrofit. They perform like traditional neoprene while providing enhanced UV stability for long-term exterior performance. Job-specific compatibility testing with your chosen silicone sealant manufacturer is recommended.
