CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges fit 5/16" to 3/8" (8–10 mm) tempered safety glass and expand installation options for frameless glass shower doors. Pivot hinges carry most of the door weight at the bottom and can be inset from the wall to clear towel bars and projections. Prima hinges are self-centering with four internal springs for strong retention. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° pre-set pivot pin sets are available separately; pre-set 5° hinge models are stocked.

Some models adapt to CRL header systems: PPH01 adapts to the Deluxe Header System for partial-height enclosures; PPH06 is compatible with the EZ-Adjust Header System (includes adaptor).

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, Shell Series): Alters door closing position by 5°. Pins install before or after hinge installation. Sold as a top-and-bottom set; not included with hinge purchase.

Using two hinges: With 5/16"–3/8" (8–10 mm) glass, two hinges support up to 100 lb (45 kg) and a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
