CRL Prima Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: PPH05LSB) are precision shower door pivot hinges for 5/16" to 3/8" (8–10 mm) tempered safety glass. These solid brass hinges are designed to carry most of the door weight at the bottom, allowing inset installation for clearance around towel bars and other projections. Prima Series hinges are self-centering with four springs for strong retention and full rotation hinge swing. Optional Cat. No. P1VP1N 5° pre-set pivot pin sets are available to alter door closing position by 5°; they can be installed before or retrofitted after hinge installation. Pre-set 5° hinge models are also stocked.

The PPH01 model adapts to the Deluxe Header System for partial-height enclosures; PPH06 is compatible only with the EZ-Adjust Header System (includes adaptor).

Optional 5° Pivot Pin Set (for Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell Series): Sold as a top-and-bottom set. Not included with hinge purchase. Use to change the closing position by 5° for shower door pivot adjustments.

Capacity (two hinges): With 5/16"–3/8" glass (8–10 mm), two hinges support up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) and a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
