Our CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System is an innovative glass entrance door rail engineered for secure, long-lasting attachment to monolithic tempered glass. The patented Wedge-Lock® system secures the glass using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions compressed by a flat stainless steel bar and socket head cap bolts. The angled extrusions engage the rail’s wedge groove to produce very high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail), delivering exceptional holding power across the full 35-3/4" rail length.

The Wedge-Lock® door rail provides fast installation and reliable field adjustment: rails ship fully fabricated with end caps installed and an assembled adjustable door alignment slide. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. The adjustable alignment system allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out door adjustment on both top and bottom rails without removing the door; adjustment is made via three socket head cap bolts revealed after removing the end cap.
