Our innovative glass entrance product, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TBS58SL), features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This wedge-style door rail secures glass by applying downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar—producing substantial holding force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) and reliable long-term performance in full-length 35-3/4" rails.

The Wedge-Lock® glass securing system delivers fast installation and reduced labor—the fastest door rail install time in its class. Rails come fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. The adjustable alignment slide (standard on both top and bottom rails) permits 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door.

Access to adjustments is simple: remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts—center bolt locks the slide; two outer bolts adjust +/-1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow non-standard setback positions and fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
