Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TPS58SL) features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System. This patented, high-force glass securing method applies controlled pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, producing exceptional retention in our rails (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The design secures 5/8" tempered glass in a full-length 35-3/4" rail and delivers industry-leading holding force from the angled wedge action combined with a durable door retaining gasket.

The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System is designed for fast installation and reliable performance. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System (top and bottom rails) allows up to 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To access adjustments, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves permit positioning offset from the American Standard setback for vertically out-of-square openings.
