CRL Melbourne Series Adjustable Hinges are forged solid brass shower door hinges engineered for durable, reliable performance on tempered glass shower doors. The hinge features large hinge plates for increased clamping force and an adjustable pivot that accommodates angles up to 60 degrees. A simple rectangular cut-out (template provided) makes glass fabrication straightforward for installers and fabricators.


Rated for tempered safety glass thicknesses of 1/2", 3/8", and 5/16" (12, 10, and 8 mm), these adjustable brass shower door hinges are designed for residential and hotel applications. Using two hinges on the specified glass thicknesses, each hinge set supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) with a maximum door width of 30" (762 mm). Using three hinges increases capacity to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 34" (864 mm).
