CRL Melbourne Series Hinges (SKU: MEL180CH) feature large hinge plates for greater clamping force and an inset gasket system for easier installation on frameless glass shower doors. The design requires a simple rectangular glass cut-out and is constructed from solid brass for durability. Available as wall-mount models, a 180° glass-to-glass model, and replacement cover plates (MEL024) to conceal hinge plate screws. Stocked in three popular finishes; custom finishes available.

Load Capacity
Using two hinges with 5/16", 3/8", or 1/2" glass (8, 10, 12 mm) — holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg); maximum door width 30" (762 mm).

Using three hinges with 5/16", 3/8", or 1/2" glass (8, 10, 12 mm) — holds up to 120 lbs (54 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
