This
CRL Z-Series Square Type Flat Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z812CH) secures 1/2" (12 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Designed as a flat-base square glass clamp for railings, partitions and windbreaks, it provides a low-profile, durable solution for commercial and residential glass railing installations.
For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL
ZBOLT Socket Head Cap Bolt and
ZRNUT Rivet Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.
NOTE: A 9/16" (14.3 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included) for additional glass support.
