This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z612CH) is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass and is available in zinc or stainless steel. Its radius base design secures glass to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing and is ideal for partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks where a durable, low-profile glass clamp is required.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin for additional glass support. Use monolithic tempered glass as specified.

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
