This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z612GP) secures 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass panels to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing. Available in zinc or stainless steel, the clamp is engineered for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glazing applications that demand a low-profile radius base glass clamp with optional exterior-grade finishes.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication Notes:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using steel pin for support.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using steel pin for support.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet.

Product Warning:
For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
