This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z612BR) secures 1/2" (12 mm) glass to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing. Constructed in zinc or stainless steel, this radius-base clamp is ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass applications where a low-profile, durable clamp for 1/2 inch tempered glass is required.

For fastening to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets, steel pin (optional) with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X5BR replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior use, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel where the bottom edge does not support the glass to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
