CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z612BN) is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this radius-base clamp secures tempered glass to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing and is ideal for partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreak applications.

For mounting to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt with ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for added glass support.
