Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z212BN) are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and offered in zinc or stainless steel. These radius-base clamps provide a low-profile, secure mounting solution for partitions, mezzanine guardrails, windbreaks and other architectural glass railing projects.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT socket head cap bolt with ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

SPECIFICATIONS:

• Glass thickness: For 1/2" (12 mm) — compatible with 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass when fabricated per notes below
