Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps are engineered for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and are available in zinc or stainless steel. These round radius-base glass clamps are a dependable solution for partitions, railings, mezzanine guardrails and exterior windbreak applications where a durable, code-compliant clamp is required.

Installation notes: For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the provided steel pin for additional glass support.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Glass thickness: For 1/2" (12 mm) — compatible with 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), 3/8" (10 mm) and 1/2" (12 mm) glass when properly notched or drilled per instructions
