This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z612W) fits 1/2" (12 mm) glass and is built in zinc or stainless steel for durability. The square radius base design provides a clean architectural look for railings, partitions and windbreaks while delivering reliable support for 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing applications.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin (included) for added glass support.

Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) glass: 1/2" (12 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm) glass: 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required when using the steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets, steel pin (optional) with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X15SS replacement screws.

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the panel is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
