Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z212BR) are engineered for glass railing and partition projects using 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-base glass clamps are ideal for securing glass to 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) diameter round tubing on mezzanines, partitions, railings and windbreaks.

For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Glass Thicknesses: For 1/2" (12 mm) and compatible with 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), 3/8" (10 mm) glass when fabricated per requirements.

For Use With: 1-1/2" or 2" (38 or 50.8 mm) diameter round tubing
Material: Zinc or stainless steel. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc recommended for exterior durability.
Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), 3/8" (10 mm): 1/2" (12 mm) notch required if using the provided steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm): 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using the provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (optional) with grommet

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
