Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z412BR) accommodate glass thicknesses from 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These round radius base glass clamps provide a secure, low-profile solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass installations. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc finishes increase durability for exterior applications.

Replacement screws: CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15BR. For fastening the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Installation: drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece. Note: a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for added glass support.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin (optional use) with grommet

Product Warning:
For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the panel is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
