Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z412SC) are designed for 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and provide a clean radius base mounting for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other barrier systems. Constructed in zinc or stainless steel, these clamps are a durable solution for both interior and exterior glass railing installations and custom architectural projects.

Replacement screws are available as CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15SS. To secure the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. For Rivet-Nut installation drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
