Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z412BN) are precision clamps for securing 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass panels. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these round radius-base clamps are engineered for durability on partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks. Key differentiators include the included steel support pin, optional powder-painted zinc finish for exterior use, and available replacement gaskets for long-term maintenance.

Replacement screws: CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15SS. For mounting to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Installation requires drilling a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and installing the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
