Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z412GP) clamp 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) glass and are available in zinc or stainless steel. These round radius base glass clamps are engineered for tempered glass railings, partition systems, mezzanine guards and exterior windbreaks — offering a compact, secure solution for glass-to-square-tubing or other flat surfaces.

Replacement screws: CRL Cat. No. ZCS5X15BR. For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. For installation, drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:
For interior installations CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
