CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU C0L180DBBZ) provide a sleek, radius-corner design with beveled edges—similar to Vienna hinges but with improved aesthetics and strength. Built for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to support different cut-out styles: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with CRL or some competitive rectangular cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Cologne Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom Pivot Pins (up to 45º) are available for off-angle wall conditions where the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm).

Three-hinge installations: Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with a maximum width of 36" (914 mm).
