CRL 95C Silicone (SKU: 95CL) is a one-part, low-modulus, neutral-cure silicone sealant formulated to cure to a durable, flexible rubber seal for building joints. Ideal as a primerless silicone sealant for curtain walls, precast concrete panels, window and door perimeters, non-structural glazing of glass, metal and plastic, and general waterproofing applications. It accommodates ±50% movement in properly designed joints and provides a watertight bond to glass, ceramics, plastics, stone, masonry, wood, steel, anodized and mill-finish aluminum, and painted surfaces.

CRL 95C can be applied at outdoor temperatures as low as -20°F (-29°C) (surfaces must be clean, dry and frost-free) and on surfaces up to 130°F (54.4°C). Cured sealant performs from -40°F (-40°C) to 350°F (177°C), making it suitable for demanding temperature ranges in commercial construction and facade sealing projects.

BASIC USES
Sealing expansion and control joints in precast concrete and metal curtainwalls; non-structural glazing of glass, metal and plastic; perimeter and weather sealing for doors and windows; compatible with laminated and insulating glass, acrylic and polycarbonate glazing sheets. In most cases no primer is required—Cat. No. S1L2100 primer may be needed for select substrates. Always clean and tool surfaces for optimal adhesion.

COMPARABLE SEALANTS
Dow Corning® 795, 791; GE® SilPruf® 2000; Tremco® Spectrem® 2, 3; Pecora® 864, 895; Sonneborn® OmniSeal; Sika® SikaSil®-WS95

LIMITATIONS & WARNINGS
Not for structural glazing or for horizontal decks, patios, driveways, terrace joints subject to abrasion, submerged joints, or sealing below the waterline in marine applications. Do not use in totally confined or air-free spaces or where the sealant will be painted—paint will not stretch with the sealant. Neutral-cure byproducts may cause stress cracking or crazing in polycarbonate; test prior to use. Do not apply to surfaces with special protective/cosmetic coatings without manufacturer approval or to surfaces in direct contact with food. Check cartridge label and Specification Data Sheet for additional limitations.
